By joining as a member of The-Owl-Post, you agree that you are at least 16 years of age. You agree to receive numerous emails from our site.

We only allow 1 account per member, per household. If you are found to have opened more than 1 account with the same IP address, all accounts will be closed and any earnings will be forfeited.

If we find that your referrals also share the same IP address, both your account and all your referrals' accounts will be closed.

Members should sign up with a valid name and address. Anybody found without proper personal details will be deleted.

Members are responsible for receiving our emails. If we get a bouncing email from a member's address just once, the member's address will be placed on the exclusion list, meaning that no emails will be sent to him/her. During this time the members may email the webmaster and ask for reinstating their account. After 30 days spent on the exclusion list, their membership will be deleted, and they will lose all earnings and referrals. Members going on vacation or wanting to suspend receiving emails, may ask for exclusion themselves for a max. 30-day period, clicking the Vacation link in their member area. When they come back, they have to log in and click the Vacation link again to be able to receive emails.

You understand that each email we send out will specify the value of earnings involved.

Minimum payment is $3, paid by Paypal, e-gold, or Moneybookers. Points are redeemable for advertising only. Payments are made within 30 days of request. Members MUST HAVE AT LEAST 30 cents OF THEIR OWN EARNINGS TO ASK FOR PAYMENT, AND OF ANY PAYMENT 10% MUST BE THEIR OWN EARNINGS.

Upgraded (TOP) members have no minimum requirement, may ask for payment once a month, however, each time they have to have at least $0.10 in own earnings.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time & will give you notice if any changes are made.

Members may cancel their account at any time and we reserve the right to cancel your account at any time if we feel any unethical activity regarding your account is going on. If you wish to stop receiving emails from us, you must cancel your account forfeiting any claim to any earned cash or points.

The-Owl-Post will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other direct or indirect damages arising from use of the The-Owl-Post program.
